This policy explains what we collect when you use Cutest Pet Gifts, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your account — email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name.
Your photos and artwork — the pet photos you upload and the portraits we generate from them.
Your orders — what you bought, the amount, and for physical items the delivery address.

What we don't collect

We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, which returns only a confirmation and the last digits of the card.

Why we use it

To create your portrait, deliver your order, email your receipt and download link, and answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the studio: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, the print partner that produces and ships physical items, and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs — the print partner gets your artwork and address, the payment processor gets your payment details.

How long we keep it

Your portraits stay in your account so you can re-download them. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Unpurchased previews may be removed after a period of inactivity.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account, your photos, and your portraits at any time — just reply to any email from us. Deleting artwork you've purchased means we can no longer re-supply it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to link a portrait you made before signing in to your new account.
