Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with Cutest Pet Gifts. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we make

We create a custom digital illustration of your pet in our signature style, generated from the photo or photos you upload and finished to our house look. Each portrait is made to order. You may buy the artwork as a high-resolution digital file, on a physical product, or both.

Your photos

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo you upload, and you grant us the licence needed to produce your portrait. We store your photos and artwork securely and use them only to fulfil your order and support you afterwards. We will not sell your photos.

Your artwork

Once paid, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your portrait for personal purposes — printing it, sharing it, and using it as a profile image. Reselling the artwork, or using it commercially, requires our written permission. We keep the copyright in the underlying style and the finished illustration.

Previews

FREE previews are watermarked and downsized. They are for review only, and we may remove unpurchased previews after a period of inactivity.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. Any applicable tax is shown before you pay.

Delivery

Digital files are available in your account immediately after payment. Physical products are made to order and drop-shipped; estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.

Refunds

See our refund policy for full details. In short: digital downloads are final sale, and damaged or misprinted physical items are reprinted FREE.

Acceptable use

Do not upload photos that are unlawful, offensive, or that you have no right to use. We may cancel and refund any order that breaches this.

Liability

We do our best to get every portrait right, but our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
